The tasting menu is an extensive celebration and true snapshot of the finest produce from this area, carefully sourced and gathered, and explained to you over the course of the evening. It is full of surprises and wild ingredients. Harriet, her chefs and wider team will greet and warmly welcome you into an intimate 18 cover restaurant, where you will be made to feel at home, and we hope that you will leave as a friend. Your evening with us is an experience where you can walk through the door, be shown to your seat, and relax. We are going to guide you through details, context and nuances of our menu as well as the ingredients and suppliers that we use. This experience lasts the entire evening. Arrive at 6pm and allow us to do the rest. You will need to make one decision - and that is what you would like to drink from our carefully curated range of aperitifs to begin with, before moving onto either our wine or soft pairing, or perhaps something from our list. We have an exciting selection of wines, including rare and vintage bottles that our sommelier would be delighted to talk you through in order to make your night with us memorable.
