Welcome to Robin Wylde, a restaurant, but also a growing hub of resources here on this website, that showcases and explores wild edibles. On this website you will find upcoming events and foraging walks, stories, recipes, our latest news as we evolve, and more. 


At the restaurant, we serve a seasonal & local celebratory tasting menu rooted in the flora & fauna of this area. Our passion is to use wild ingredients and share this exciting spectrum of flavour. We forage daily in pursuit of a varied and expressive menu.

This experience lasts the entire evening. Arrive at 6pm and allow us to do the rest. You will need to make one decision - and that is what you would like to drink from our carefully curated range of aperitifs to begin with, before moving onto either our wine or soft pairing, or perhaps something from our list. We have an exciting selection of wines, including rare and vintage bottles that our sommelier would be delighted to talk you through in order to make your night with us memorable. 


If booking a taxi for after the tasting menu, 9.30 / 10pm is advisable
