We not only champion small producers & suppliers, but we also use local, seasonal, and foraged ingredients to develop our own.

This means that you get to sample rare, small batch and experimental beverages that may not be here when you return.

You will notice that whilst we have a ‘softs’ section,

They are also listed throughout the run of our list. This is because, we really mean it when we say,

 Drinks Pairing

Robin Wylde offers you two styles of flights with our tasting menu, an alcoholic pairing and a soft pairing.

As you would expect, we ensure that the pairing will add something to the way you experience each of the dishes on the menu.

Indeed, we believe that each adds to the other and results in a delight to the palate that is even greater than when enjoyed separately.
